Can I modify / extend my booking?
You can modify and extend your reservation by using the same booking channel as the one used for your reservation.
- If you have prepaid your booking online: any modification will automatically result in a Cancel and Rebook, which means that a second payment will be required for the amendment. The amount previously debited for your initial booking will be refunded to the payment card on which it was made. You will receive a confirmation of any amendment by email.
- If you have booked via a third party partner, please contact the respective partner directly for any modifications or cancellation.
- You can modify or extend your rental face to face with a Europcar representative at a Europcar location or you can call the local station, or call our Reservation teams to extend the rental
Your reservation can be amended online from your personal online account or from the "manage my booking section"

Connect to your account and select "existing booking" in the left menu
Important : No modifications can be made on bookings linked to a Europcar Driver ID/Account number if you are not logged in using this same Driver ID

Or browse to the "manage my booking section" and click on the "modify my booking" option

The modification process will require to search and book according to your new criterias.

At the end of the modification process, you will be informed of the new amount and the refund amount.
If you made your reservation through a third-party partner such as Rentalcars.com, Expedia, Booking.com, Auto Europe…please contact the respective partner directly for any modifications or cancellation.
Reservations made or modified by a Travel agency, or a Third-party website (such as Expedia) cannot be amended online
