With Online Check-in, you can upload your driving licence, ID card or passport, a selfie, and your contact details before your rental begins. By taking care of this step in advance, you’ll reduce your waiting time at the counter and enjoy a smoother start to your journey.
While Online Check-in is not mandatory, we highly recommend it. You can still provide your documents in person at the branch if needed, but checking in online helps make your experience quicker and more efficient — all at no extra cost.
Need to change or cancel your booking after checking in online? No problem! You can still modify or cancel your reservation online or by contacting our reservations team.
