How to receive a copy of my invoice?
Your final rental invoice is automatically emailed to you within 36 to 48 hours after your vehicle has been returned and the rental agreement is closed.
If you need an additional copy or wish to view and download your invoice online, please follow the steps below:
Invoices are available to download online between 48 hours and 6 months following the end of your rental:
- Visit the Manage My Booking section on europcar.ie.
- Enter your Reservation Number (or Rental Agreement number) along with your Email Address or Last Name.
- Click on "Download Invoice" to retrieve your official PDF invoice.
- Or you can request a copy through this website via contact us
(Note: Invoices are available for all payment methods—a credit card is not required to download your invoice online; you only need your reservation details.)
If your reservation was made through a third-party partner or travel website (e.g., Booking.com, Rentalcars.com, Expedia, Auto Europe):
- Please contact your booking provider directly for your initial rental voucher and payment receipt.
- If you incurred additional charges directly at the Europcar branch in Ireland (such as tolls, fuel, or optional cover), you can retrieve an invoice for those local charges on europcar.ie using your Europcar rental agreement number.
