Terms & Conditions

    2. Offer valid during the contracting period with your company.
    3. 15% discount in Europcar corporate countries: FR, DE, BE, ES, IT, PT, UK, AU, NZ, IE
    4. 10% discount in the rest of Europcar network worldwide.
    5. The discount granted with the 4 StaffOnly offer is strictly limited to personal use.
    6. Europcar rates are inclusive of all mandatory charges, so there are no hidden extras. They include: tax, Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), Theft Waiver (TW), airport charges and vehicle registration fee when applicable. Mileage is usually unlimited, except in some countries or rental products where limited mileage may apply.
    7. Discount applies on the basic rental rate excluding additional charges.
    8. The name of the customer who makes the booking has to be the same as the driver’s name.
    9. All regular rental and driving restrictions of the renting country apply, including geographical restriction.
    10. Certain qualifications may apply to the renter as well as additional drivers.
    11. Reservations are subject to availability.
