How do I report unrecorded damage on my vehicle?

In order to report unrecorded damage to your vehicle, it must be reported via the Europcar Assistance Tool. This can be found by scanning the QR Code within your vehicle and selecting "Unrecorded Damage". This page can also be found via the following link: https://assistance.europcar.ie/unrecorded-damage


It is very important to notify about unrecorded damages within 12 hours of the rental start time. If any unrecorded damage is identified, scan the code or follow the link to upload any photos relating to the damage.
